Greyhounds in Need CIO (“GIN”) operates its on-line merchandising from its office at 5A, 80 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HE, England. Merchandising queries may be made by phone to 01784 483206 or email to info@greyhoundsinneed.co.uk The office is open Monday to Friday only.

GIN’s merchandising is operated in England and all dispatches will be from the Egham office. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds OR Euros (if selected) and all transactions will be in the currency selected. Goods will be dispatched within five working days after electronic confirmation of the order and payment have been received by GIN.

A complete description of all items for sale is shown on the appropriate pages of the website. Goods will be dispatched via Royal Mail by second-class mail. All advertised goods may be freely exported from UK.

Cancellation of orders may be made by phone or email and will only be accepted if the goods have not been dispatched. If an order is cancelled prior to despatch, a refund will be made by cheque.

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and undamaged, except for items damaged in transit. Refunds will be made by cheque, after GIN has received the returned items.

We collect anonymous data including the browsers that visitors use, what time they visited and which pages are most viewed. This enables us to evaluate the site and work to improve it.

Financial data 

We use the SagePay secure gateway for credit and debit card payments for donations, membership and the purchase of goods and services. SagePay asks for your name, address, phone, email address, and credit/debit card information. Your card details will only be retained by SagePay.
