Now that more restrictions are being lifted here and abroad it is good to know that more galgos are being transported to their new homes.

Five lucky galgos –  Teo, Rata, Valen, Divina, and Jandro left Arca de Noe, Albacete for their new homes in Slovenia.   Nina of SASIN wrote to let us know that they are all doing great and all found great families.

Over the years we have been able to fund many transportations of greyhounds, from the UK, and galgos, from Spain. We realise the importance of transporting animals safely and it can at times be a very complex job making sure that all the necessary rules and regulations in the different countries are adhered to. We are pleased to have good transport contacts who care very much for the dogs during their travel.

Please look at the videos on our site showing the dogs’ arrival – you might need a tissue!

Our new galgos for homing in the UK will arrive next month.   We have 15 galgos coming this time, all from Tina at Galgos del Sol.   We have many potential adopters patiently waiting for their arrival.  More photos and details of the 15 galgos can be found here.
