Martin enjoyed the visits to the
shelters in Spain where he could meet
the volunteers who work tirelessly to
rescue and care for many galgos and
he could follow up on various projects
that GIN had given funding for.
The visits were very important and
gave a very good clear view of the
help that was needed and what the
charity could help with in the future.
Martin also enjoyed his visits to
Modena in Italy where the Greyhound
Adopt Centre Italy (GACI) had their
annual reunion.
It was wonderful to see so many
galgos and greyhounds (ex Irish
racing greyhounds) with their
families and to meet up with the
GACI team and representatives of
Arca de Noe in Albacete, where the
galgos came from.
Martin will be missed by many but especially by Greyhounds in Need
(GIN) for whom he gave so much of his time and effort proving,
without doubt, his love for the Greyhounds and Galgos.
