Our New Galgos

Elliot is approximately 4 years old, rescued from
the streets. He is a very handsome small-sized
galgo. He was a very scared little dog. He has
made good progress thanks to the volunteers who
have taken him on regular walks and to his playful
kennel mates. He can spook easily and needs time
to get used to new surroundings. A lovely boy, he
would blossom in a home with patience and a good
character dog to play and walk with. Elliot

Ponchito Ponchito is approximately 4 years old and was taken
from a dog pound. When he arrived he was scared and
covered with dermatitis but that’s all forgotten now.
His striking brindle coat has grown in perfectly. He is a
lovely small-sized galgo, playful and good with other
dogs. A bit shy when walking outside in noisy areas, but
he will be perfect walking in quieter areas. He is a
playful dog, and would benefit if there’s another dog in
his home to play with.

Charlie is approximately 3 years old, rescued from
the streets. He is a happy confident dog who loves to
play with other dogs and do zoomies in the play area!
If you want to see fast running, Charlie is the one
who shows you how it’s done! Loves to play with toys,
walks nicely on a lead, enjoys human company – he’s
just a brilliant all rounder. Plus he has stunning
markings. Charlie

Oreo is approximately three
years old and came to GDS from Toledo. A wonderful
quite confident boy, who has shared a kennel with
very shy dogs to help them come around. Even though
he is young, he is quite calm and not too playful, he is
sociable with other dogs, doesn’t get into any trouble
at all. Absolutely ready for a place to call his own!

Oreo Floppy

Floppy is approximately 3 years old, rescued from the
streets. Very handsome dude with those floppy ears.
He can be nervous with new people at first, so might
need a little extra time to come around. He loves to go
on walks and walks nicely on a lead. Calm, handsome and
lovely boy.
