Our September 2023 galgos have all been adopted and have
settled in well in their new homes. You can see more news on
their adoptions on pages 10-11.
Tina and her team at Galgos del Sol are busy preparing our next
group for their arrival in the UK in May and you can see these on
pages 20-21. We continue to receive a lot of interest in the
galgos and have a waiting list of potential adopters for them
Sue, Lynda and Mark continue to help us with the homing and we are all looking
forward to meeting and getting to know this new group.

Thank you to everyone who took part
in our on-line cottage raffle to win a
weekend break in a fabulous dog
friendly 5 star holiday cottage which
was kindly offered by Louise.
We raised £1,888 towards our work
and the lucky winner was one of our
supporters Angela Pearsall. Well done
Angela and we look forward to seeing
some photos from your trip in the
future.

Many thanks to Janet Martin who has now retired from making our Martingale
collars and fleece coats after many years. We do still have limited stock of
some of these collars which can be found online.
We have been lucky this year to find another collar supplier and you can see
the new designs in our catalogue and hope you like them.

Unfortunately we have had to raise some merchandise and postage prices this
time as the costs to us have increased.

Our workload continues to increase and I would like to say MANY THANKS to
Maria, Geraldine, our regular volunteers including Carolyn for all their help and
support in the office these last few months. Also to all our supporters who
continue to help GIN in their own way to help us raise funds which enables us
to continue our work for the greyhounds and galgos.
