We were pleased to hear from Sole at the Arca de Noe shelter in Albacete that twenty galgos left for Slovenia on Saturday 14th December 2024. It’s lovely to think that Nina and her team at SASIN have found homes for these galgos and they will be able to enjoy their first Christmas in a lovely home.
We continue to work with a number of shelters and adoption groups who work tirelessly rescuing and finding homes for the dogs and this year we have again been able to offer funding (veterinary/boarding/transport) which has enabled over 500 dogs (galgos and greyhounds) to be helped.
This work is expensive and we are very grateful for the kind donations, help and support given to us by our supporters which enables us to continue our work.
