starting our voluntary membership scheme some years ago many people have
become members

The
scheme runs for the calendar year . In December each year we will write to
current members to let them know that membership renewals fall due the following
January should they wish to renew
...
we hope they will
From
January 2010 the membership fee will be £12 per year (£6 minimum for
non-wage earners),
all members will receive a membership card
(with a membership number) and a little gift from us and will be
entitled to a 5% discount on their merchandise orders. You
will need to quote your membership number on the merchandise order form.
